A small, dedicated program in Massachusetts — breeding to correct type since 2000.
Vittorio Cane Corso Italiano began with a simple goal: to produce Cane Corsos that look, move and think the way the breed was meant to. More than twenty years later, that goal hasn’t changed. We keep the program small on purpose, so every breeding gets the planning and attention it deserves.
Our program is based in Massachusetts. The dogs are kept in a climate-controlled facility with indoor and outdoor runs, giving them comfort in every season and room to stay fit and active.
Every pairing is chosen to move the breed forward — sound bodies, clear minds, and the correct Cane Corso type.
We work with respected breeders in the United States and abroad, including imported bloodlines such as Bullet Custodi Nos from Serbia, to keep our program grounded in correct type. Our background with the Italian Molossers, the Mastino Napoletano included, shapes how we evaluate structure, head and temperament.
Breeding excellence also means caring for the dog long after the pedigree is written. Our dogs are raised on holistic diets, kept current on vaccinations and veterinary care, and every puppy we place is backed by our 3-year health and epilepsy guarantee.
The Cane Corso is a loyal, protective guardian that is gentle with its own family. Like any large working breed, it needs early socialization and consistent training, and we help every owner get that right.
Our foundation dogs competed at the highest level, including a sweep at the largest Cane Corso show in U.S. history, where they defeated 209 Cane Corsos across both sexes.
Titles earned by our foundation bloodline before our 2026 rebrand as Vittorio Cane Corso Italiano. Meet the dogs who built it on our Dogs of the Past page.
